Stop Smoking Guaranteed™ offers you the peace of mind of a full refund of your fee for up to 6 months, a Hypnotic CBT back-up CD and a Recap Pack that also includes full instructions for the unlikely event of a relapse after 6 months.

Terms of Guarantee

Most attendees do not require a top up session but if you have any problems we request that you make reasonable attempts to make contact as soon as possible. For those who are not initially successful, two top-up sessions are offered at no cost within 6 months of the date of your initial Stop Smoking Guaranteed™ session.

If you have attended two top-up sessions and informed us that you are still a smoker within 6 months from the date of your initial Stop Smoking Guaranteed™ session then your fee will be refunded in full.

Top-up sessions are scheduled during regular business hours, Mon-Fri and last approximately 90 minutes. If a scheduled top-up session is cancelled or postponed less than 48 hrs beforehand,or a client fails to show up for any appointment, then the guarantee will be invalidated.
